Meet Our Early Years Team
At AESG, we believe that the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is a critical time in a child’s life, and it is our privilege to support your daughter on their journey of discovery and growth. Our dedicated and experienced Early Years team is here to provide a nurturing, supportive, and inspiring environment where your child can thrive.
Nursery and Pre-School Manager - Mrs Barber
Mrs Barber brings a wealth of experience and passion for Early Childhood education to our vibrant Early Years team. Having previously served as Nursery Manager at AESG from 2015 to 2022, many families are already familiar with her warm and dedicated approach to childcare. After her time with us, Mrs. Barber expanded her expertise working with renowned Early Childhood Expert, Dr. Alistair Bryce-Clegg, contributing to the impactful 'My First Five Years' project. This opportunity allowed her to apply science-backed research to help parents support their children’s development in the early years, a resource that has positively impacted many families.
Mrs Barber’s return to AESG marks an exciting new chapter for our Nursery and Pre-School, and we are thrilled to have her back alongside Mrs. Bathurst (Head of Early Years) and our talented Early Years team. Together, they will continue to nurture and inspire our youngest learners in a warm, supportive environment.
