Year 10 had the exciting and challenging task of dissecting sheep’s hearts this week. Dr Patrick showed the girls a lamb’s pluck, which is the internal organs found in the chest cavity of the carcass.
Dr Patrick showed the girls the different organs, how the blood is transported through the organs and, the girls looked at the voice box and Isabella even inflated the lungs using a foot pump!
