Over the last few weeks, Year 3 have been working towards their Arts Award Discover Award. We are delighted to announce that they have now passed and have all been awarded their certificates.
To complete the award, Year 3 have been learning to play the recorder and read music, completing performances and researching professional practitioners in this field. They have also completed project portfolios which include pictures, written evidence and video recordings of their performances.
As well as learning new skills, this has been a hugely enjoyable experience for the girls and it has really allowed the class to work together collaboratively as a team.
