On Saturday 7th May, Living Edge Magazine held their annual Schools’ Art Competition at ‘Collect Art’ gallery in Lymm.
Alderley Edge School for Girls was represented by three talented artists, Sophie D in Year 10 who painted a harbour scene, Ellie A in Lower IV who produced the painting of Dorothy and Toto and Ava C in Year 8 who photographed an industrial composition.
Both pupils and their families attended the evening as well as Mrs Billington. It was a fantastic opportunity for the girls to see their art work up in a gallery—hopefully something they will get used to!
