Our future chemists and those interested in careers in Chemistry and Bio-Chemistry attended a Lunch & Learn lecture led by Mr Case, the Regional President of Dow, a Global Chemicals Company.
Mr Case gave an inspirational talk to the girls in which he explained different career options in chemical engineering and bio-chemistry fields.
With the UK economy working towards net zero in 2050, global companies are creating jobs to meet these targets and it will be pupils in school now who can be part of this exciting period in sustainability.
Mr Case, on behalf of Dow, has provided the science department with new lab coats, which you can see in the photo. A huge thank you to Mr Case and Dow for your support.
