Year 11 attended GCSE Live at the Bridgewater Hall in Manchester this week. It was a fantastic insight into different specialisms in science, delivered by scientists at the cutting-edge of their field.
You may recognise some of the speakers including Professor Robert Whinstone and Professor Alice Roberts from BBC’s Coast. The scientists were a real inspiration for those considering careers in STEM.
There was also expert advice on how to improve GCSE results with top tips on examination success from an experienced science examiner.
