Lettie L in Lower Sixth represented the school in the regional final of Articulation, an acclaimed public speaking initiative for young people, organised by the National Gallery, designed to promote the appreciation and discussion of visual culture.

Lettie delivered a passionate speech about the oppression of woman inspired by seeing a Malaysian corset at an exhibition in Edinburgh. Lettie is now part of the Articulation Alumni, a supportive network that provides paid work experience and other exciting opportunities.

A special mention should also be given to Eleanor C who came runner up in the internal heat with her informative speech based on the architecture o f Liver-pool Metropolitan Cathedral.
