Pupils in the Prep School have been busy over Christmas preparing speeches for the forthcoming Speech Competition, of which the final took place today. Every girl in the Prep from Year 1 up to Year 6 had free rein to talk for two minutes on any subject that interests them. Firstly, they performed their speeches to their class and then three girls from each year group performed their speeches in a grand final.
The girls relished the opportunity to use their #BeMore attributes including BeMore Communicative, BeMore Curious and BeMore Creative.
Congratulations to the following girls who won for their year group. Mrs Flint (LAMDA Teacher) was extremely impressed with the girls’ confidence, subject matter and research they had done to produce such articulate speeches.
