On Wednesday, Year 5 visited the Whitworth Art Gallery in Manchester. The Year 5 Integrated Curriculum topic this term is China and they were delighted to be able to handle fabrics and other artefacts from this region.
A workshop also allowed the girls to express themselves through a guided art session and they then looked round the exhibits in the other galleries. A wonderful and creative trip!
