This week, our GCSE German students visited HOME cinema in Manchester to watch a German film called Transit.
When fleeing Paris after the German invasion, Georg (Rogowski) escapes to Marseille. With nowhere to turn, he is confined to the corridors of a small hotel, the con-sulates, cafés and bars that line the harbour. The girls had a fantastic time and were thrilled to be able to enjoy this cultural experience.
